Hit

How do you know if someone is hitting on you? 1. Stares at you. 2. Touches your fingertips.. then your palm.. then holds your hand. 3. Touches your back. 4. Gets your number. Calls and states petty reasons for calling. Etc. Etc. (Open to other suggestions) Now, I know. You are all hitting on me. Haha.

Birthday

I'm writing this as a reflection of my being a year and 3 days older. 3 days ago, I turned a year older. My birthday was rather a usual day for me. I'll go to work, do my routine and see the usual people. But of course, I wanted to deal with it differently. As I have mentioned to a friend who also celebrated his brithday this month--" You only make it special when you want to make it special."-- So, my choice was, I wanted to make it one. A day before, I gave myself a gray big bag as a birthday gift. My dear mother wanted to give me something so I opted not to make pakipot so I told her I want a pair of rubber shoes.  Geesh, I felt like I was a kid asking for a gift. Anyhoo, it felt good thinking of something you would want as a gift. --I'm still a kid by heart.-- Then, my special day came, I was in a training although I told peole around to greet me since its my birthday. So, I got it.  It really makes me feel good when people I dont even speak...

Off to Malaysia

So, this is it. I'm flying toKota Kinabalu, Malaysia on Monday, by myself, and it excites every bone in me. I just decided to push through with my travel even without the company of my supposed companions, just the other day. Thanks to the persuasion of my adventurous friends.  Why not? Its just a 3-hour flight and is just near the Philipines and Singapore (where some of my relatives are).  Besides, I'd be arriving late in the afternoon on the first day so I'm left with technically 1.5 days to explore Kota.  Hmm. My excitement came in again. Haay. FYI. This is actually the firsttime I'd be traveling internationally by myself (the very first one was in Boracay for work).  My passport, ticket, IDs, canned good (yes, Im matipid)-- I dont want to forever eat in restos-- clothes, shades and thingies are all set.  For now, my excitement is all I can blog about. Next week, I promise, I'll blog more on my escapade. Wish me luck.:)

Happy Birthday to me!:)

Today, I turned a year older. Thank you for these years. Welcome me and the new me. Happy New Year to me! :)
I went to PAGCOR in Manila last week. So, i asked my friend who is working in Manila on the whereabouts of its office. (Thru text) tootoot Me: Anung landmark malapit sa office ng PAGCOR? ( Any landmark near the PAGCOR office?) tootoot Friend: May sign na PAGCOR ( There's a sign saying PAGCOR.) ----------------------------------------------- Can I laugh?????? HAHAHAHA.

working on my birthday

It's offcial. Im working on my birthday. It's nothing new though since I loove the company of personal greetings during my day.  At least those make me realize that some people may treat me a little bit special aside from myself. However, i'll be on a training with 5 of my colleagues outside the office. Oh well, I cant be sad on my day so I dont want to fill in negativity on that. Just keep greeting me. ☻☻☻

Imitation

Its really flattering to realize that someone has gotten the nerve to imitate you. Ok, ok. That may be an exaggeration.  Let's say, likewise do whatever things you do.  As they say, "Imitation is the best form of flattery."  But why dont I get uberly- flattered?  It irks the hell out of me thinking that such people would come across my path whenever I do those things that I used to.  Like we'll run in the same circle.  Like we'll share the same network. Like we'll hang out in the same area. Like we'll eat the same food, using the same utensils. Like eeewww --Now, Im like a conyo disliking people like us joining their table. Haha. Guess the feeling now would be similar to that. This I will tell you-- You will never be like me. I am as unique as you are. However, if you cant enoy the life you have right now, Im sorry for you for being born like that. But here's good news! There's probably cure to that. It just would...
