My Macau Trip

Image
Brrrr. That was the first word I uttered upon stepping on the airport ground of Macau. It was 12 degrees then. I was in my simple jeans, tank top and sweater. My luggage was stuffed with just skirts and shorts.   Good thing I brought a pair of stockings to cover my legs. My fault though. I underestimated the temperature being fond of the cool weather.   ( I remember my 2010 Melbourne, Australia-- It was 12 degrees and I was in shorts. Teehee) Geesh , I couldn’t even fold my legs while walking to the immigration.   I barely opened my mouth while I was chatting. I felt my skin was about to crack. I can’t say its cold though. It is actually freezing cold. But then, I should say, I loooved it.   , “No English”. Those were the two words I frequently heard during my stay there.   People hardly spoke English and that you’d end up either letting your hands do the thing or breaking your English into simple words. It’s a good thing there are lots of Filipino...

Valentines 2012

Image
It has never been as defined as this. It has never been as peaceful as this. It has never been as comfortable as this. It has never been as soothing as this. It has never been as passionate as this. It has never been as fascinating as this. It has never been as this. It, is love. And it has never been this happy. Happy Valentine’s Day, Baby! I love you.♥♥♥ And yes, it has never been as meaningful as this. * And to all my loveys, hope you'll have a happy day today and the following days ahead. Thank you for all the love.♥

Infidelity

Found a nice article on infidelity in Yahoo.com. Although the entirety may not be applicable to couples not yet married, the thought of the article that emotional infidelity is of the same specie as infidelity, made it quite enlightening.  So now, the "we're just friends" excuse should be responded by either a kick on the balls or simply "rot yourself both in hell assholes". Just sharing with you. http://ph.she.yahoo.com/is-it-cheating-if-the-relationship-isn%E2%80%99t-physical-.html

Lani's Home

Image
And so Lani, my friend from highschool, was home. After 2 years, we finally saw each other again. The last time she came home, we, together with another friend of ours, Imana, packed our beach asses and headed to Batangas.  Just so you know, beaching has been a tradition of us 3 everytime Lani comes home.  The supposed plan for this visit was Palawan but beaching can’t be included in our plan for the time being due to several constraints. So we enjoyed, despite the absence of the beach. You see, we grew up together. We were together every single day in highschool and several days of our college life.  Shared beds, clothes and even facial washes.  I remember, we even used the same sink—Me washing my face while the other one was puking. Eeeew. And a lot more stories go on. We talk about these over and over again but don’t get really tired of laughing at these same stories. Our boyfriends already have smirks on their face almost saying “ ilang bes...

Young, Wild and Free - Wiz Khalifa & Snoop dogg

Image
This song just describes it. “ So what we get drunk So what we smoke weed We’re just having fun We don’t care who sees So what we go out That how it’s supposed to be Living young and wild and free” For those of you who simply just don’t understand the happiness of being free from “what-your- grandmomma- told- you”, its okay. You don’t need to be one. Just don’t move closer.

Prayer

Dear Lord, Please give me the gift of taking things slowly but surely.   Although I am thankful that you gave me a sense of urgency, a little stop will surely help me a lot.   Ayaw ko na po mataranta . Please help me fight this weakness of mine. Thank you. Love, Me

Moving Out

I hope the saying that what you do on the first day of the year is a reflection of the upcoming days of your new year, is not true.   Because if that is, I am incessantly crying this 2012. Yes, I ended 2011 and started 2012 crying.   I have been praying to the Heavens to finally get this load I have been carrying since I don’t remember anymore. I don’t want to feel this anymore.   I try to fight it, really, but its virus keeps atacking me so bad that I feel like I am so weak and nearing death. And now, I am seriously considering staying away from its causes. I want to move out. I remember a friend suggesting to me the very same idea when I confided my worries on responsibilities I am about to face. Actually, they are not MY responsibilities, but, just because I wanted life to be easier for my parents, I decided to take those as mine.   The idea is simple though, but its not that easy.—You see, I grew up in a very traditional family.   One rule, although unwri...
