Mental Cure

Going through a lot these days  and I must say, social media has indeed played a big part in helping me digest things. Thankful for the gift of intellect of unknown people all over the internet.

My 10 random Facts/ Habits 1. I’m liable to the soon-to-be extinction of dragonflies. - Yes. Blame half on me. I was one of the best “dragonfly-catchers” back in kinder. Name it, the big one, the red one, the greens and yellows and even the thinnest one. Neither of them got away from me. Same People, Same Feeling

  I realized, the very same people who pulled me out from a miserable situation years ago are the very same people making me endure the same feeling again for the past years. There’s really no one to blame but me. Books say that selfishness is bad. But in reality, who’s going to look after your desires and needs but you. So, how can we blame them? Then, we question selfishness and sugarcoat it with self-sustainability. I am just unfortunate. Stupid. Allowing. Kind. Desperate. I lost the game on benefits and I have been feeling the same feeling again. Just from different persons this time. They say the brain does not know which one is right. Patterns, instead, tell the brain what is. And I want a new one. I need new patterns. I need someone to dilute my thoughts and tell me I am in the same circular motion again. Listening Problem

I confess. I do have a listening problem.  As a result of this dilemma of mine, my attention span is now measuring just 3 meters. Kidding here. But seriously, when in the verge of plainly listening and looking, a lot of things get into my mind and actually ruin my concentration.  Then I miss a lot. Is it maybe because I think too much? Or maybe, I plan too way forward? Or might be because I talk or has the desire to talk a lot?  Actually, even before someone finishes his spiel, my assessments and new line have already been premeditated.  I then tend to pass at, might be small things, but the links to the entire story. Tsk. Tsk. I need help. I need to resolve this, really, immediately.  Good news is that Im already on the first stage of facing this problem-- acknowledging that I actually have it. For now though, this is all I've got. Thoughts keep flooding on my mind and probably, before I know it, Im writing a new story in this same one. ...
